> Add a reservation in HBook – manually create a booking by selecting dates, guests, accommodation type, multiple booking with Maestrel.

Here you can manually add reservation. It can be used if you receive reservations from other source (phone, email...) and wish to enter the full details of the booking.

The form and process will be slightly different if you have enabled [Multiple accommodation booking](https://maestrel.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HD/pages/34668635/Misc+settings#multiple-accommodation-booking), or if it is disabled.

## Step 1 - Search form

Enter dates, number of persons and check availability.

1. Select a **check-in** date.
2. Select a **check-out** date.
3. Select the **number of adults and children**.
4. Select the **accommodation type**.
5. Click on **Check price and availability**

1. Select a **check-in** date.
2. Select a **check-out** date.
3. Select if the reservation you enter is for **multiple accommodation**

If you wish to add a reservation for **one accommodation only**, you will set this parameter to "No"

4. Select the **number of adults**
5. Select the **number of children**
6. Select the **accommodation type**


If you wish to add a reservation for **multiple accommodation**, you will set this parameter to "Yes"

4. Select the **number of accommodation**
5. Select the **number of adults and children** for each accommodation.

## Step 2 - Accommodation selection

A list of available accommodation types will be displayed and you will select the accommodation.

## Step 3 - Extra service, customer details and summary

Once you have selected the accommodation type, you will provide the booking and customer information.

1. Select the accommodation number
2. Select the extra services
3. You can set a different price than the one calculated by HBook. For this, you will use a discount (fixed or percentage).
4. You will be shown with the details of the global fees calculated for the booking
5. You will provide customer information: you can select the customer for a returning customer or enter full customer details
6. Here you can add a comment for the reservation
7. If you have a multi-language plugin, you will as well be able to select the reservation language for the reservation

#### Extra-services

1. Select the **accommodation number**
2. Select the **extra services**


#### Summary

In the next step, you will then view the **summary** of the reservation, with the breakdown of all prices:

#### Customer details

You will then enter the **customer details** and add an optional admin comment:

1. You will provide **customer information**: you can select the **customer** for a returning customer or enter full **customer details**
2. Here you can add a **comment** for the reservation
3. If you have a multi-language plugin, you will as well be able to select the **reservation language** for the reservation
